Keme was finding this adorable, oddly enough he had never expected such a look on someones face. His shampoo and conditioner smelled like spiced roses, he had chosen this for a change in scent really. Not entirely liking the over the top smells, and the ones he used were very natural in scent.. Looking at the male, and making sure he did not just 'half ass' wash himself, but did so very well... It was good to be clean, despite what the troll may believe, then again, he is a bird... and birds tend to spend enough time preening themself, like a cat. Reaching and grabbing the shampoo, and conditioner, "No, I am going to shower after this" he said, he preferred showers, he usually just relaxed in bath's. Using teh shower head he soaked the trolls dirty hair, then turned it off, adding shampoo to one hand. Massaging the males scalp as he lathered his hair up, the spices roses must smell good, if that soap had to the troll. Once lathered, he let it sit for just a second and washed it out, applying conditioner, and repeating the process. "You can dry off now if you like" he said, getting two towels out, one for himself, and one for the troll. However, he helped the troll out, dry off, then dried his hair while the tub drained. After which he stood there brushing it, making sure all the tangles were out... Grabbing his own towel, and leading the troll to the laundry room, where he also washed what the troll had been wearing. Leading him to his own bedroom, which had a bathroom in it, and also the shower. Once in, Keme had stripepd down and turned on the shower, stepping in, and enjoying the spray of warm droplets.

The troll never stopped purring... It was coming from somewhere in his chest, making him sound like an odd mixture of a cat and some other noncat creature. As his hair was dried, the other could see just how pure white it really was... It was like glowing snow on top of his head, as the light made it shine beautifully. "Clean?" He asked, hoping the other wouldn't start trying to make him clean everything else, like under his nails...Or CUT the nails! That he would not do, they were so useful when climbing things! Nope, no way, his nails would stay right where they were.
When he was lead to the bedroom, he pulled on some boxers and a loose shirt, borrowed from Keme... Since Keme was actually a bit bigger in every way, so Yao looked pretty small in his clothes. He jumped on Kemes bed, rolling around in it. A real bed! He had not been on one for months! It felt soft and comfy... So cozy. He yawned softly. Guess he could stay here for a while... Help Keme out around the house and in exchange be allowed to sleep and eat here... He sure as hell wanted more of Kemes cooking... He was good at it.

Keme was mostly on the taller side when it came to the troll, a gift he got from his dad, his mom was only a few inches shorter. Well.. both his parents were the same gender, but as if that truly mattered... when a race is dying, well, life finds a way, life always finds a way. Looking to the troll, whom jumped on the bed, rolling his eyes a bit and heading into the bathroom. Turning on the water for the shower, finding the perfect temperature and climbing in. For awhile he stood beneath teh warm spray of water, relaxing beneath it, letting the warmth seep into his muscles. Afterwards he had washed off his body, the soap and water droplets mingling together as they washed the soap away. Grabbing the shampoo and beginning to lather it in his hair. Keme always enjoyed a nice shower, but yes, he would admit it was even better when someone else joined. The shampoo now nicely lathered, he stepped back under the spray of water. Running his hands over hsi hair, but then stopping when they reached his neck, elbows down, as he just paused there, head tilted up. Then he just went on, getting all the shampoo out of his hair. Grabbing the conditioner and repeating the process. Once done, he just stood there for awhile, before turning the water off and stepping out. Drying off his body, and drying his hair, which took sometime on its own. When finally finished, he walked out after hanging the towel up, pulled on some white boxers, and a white shirt, then headed to the laundry room. Moving the trolls clothing into the dryer, then turned to go see where said, house guest happened to be.

Currently, he was poking he tv on and off... He had never ever seen such a thing, since farmers didn't exactly have access to electricity, and neither did the troll himself.... Watching him was kinf of funny though. First, he always turned it on before running behind the couch. Then he snuck around it and turned it off again. His tail ws whipping a little, indicating that he was in a playful mood. As soon as he spotted Keme, he turned the tv back on again and ran behind him. "People in box!" he squeaked, pressing against his back and peeking from behind him.
Yao was not used to such luxuries that were taken for granted here in the city... Something like this was just too expensive to uphold in small villages or farmiong areas after all. Maybe one day, when they discovered a better source of electricity... But for now, only big towns and cities had it. Or at least thats was as much as Yao knew. Maybe he just always ended up in the one farming house with no tv or anything.

"Hmm?" he noticed his television was going on and off... a slight twitch of his eye, as suddenly the troll had bolted behind him to hide. "Yes, its the tele and it is not as if they shall jump out to attack you, they can not even see you, hear you.... you must get around more" he walked over and turned the television off. Running his fingers through his hair, looking at the clock, It's only half past one.. he decided perhaps dinner would be later, but not now, as he is not the slightest bit hungry. Going on to the laundry room, putting the trolls clothing in the dryer. After which he went and just cleaned the house for awhile, and finished at around two... give or take. Hm, there was not much that he was certain if the troll was aware of... Sitting down on the couch, he sighed slightly, he was debating on what to fix for dinner. So, he figured he would just go with what he felt like cooking at the time. It seemed the troll had very much enjoyed the meal earlier, perhaps, "What are your favorite meals?" he asked, hoping the troll knew what it was he was asking.. "Do you have.. favorites, things you like to eat the most often?"

Yao just mostly bolted around the house, sniffing and inspecting all the things he had not seen before, mostly electronics. After that, he followed Keme around like a puppy, watching him clean the house and helping out when he could. Even without agression, he was pretty damn strong. He could lift the couch with ease so Keme could clean under it... Having a troll around sure saved up a lot of time while cleaning, since Keme didn't need to move anything to clean under it. Yao simply picked it up and lifted it enough so he could clean under it... Pretty sweet huh?
After the cleaning they sat down and Keme began to question him about his usual diet. "Nuts, fish, plants... Berries?" He listed. He didn't count the food he got from farmers, because it was usually just something simple. "No favorite...." he said and tilted his head.

((can I borrow him? please x-x ))
Keme just allowed Yao to assist him with cleaning, simple things really, as he took care of it at different times. Mostly doing things as it was needed, and not over doing it really. Generally he just invited people over, to have company if nothing else. As he enjoyed having others around, likely because he grew up in a flock and was not used to entirely being on his own for extended periods of time. Then his flock was slaughtered off, there was very few of them to start with... and... putting up a fight seemed a bad idea after witnessing what happened, so he ran.. and ran.. ran.. and ran.... well flew but similar, he just ran away, or in his case flew away. To distract his brain from these memories he began to question the troll.. and rapidly came to the conclusion the troll needed to get out more. "That's it... you are eating something different" he said, and got up to go about making this meal.. who cares when you eat, just matters if you do...So, he went into the kitchen and got everythign he woudl need, he would make Potatoes Boulangere, and Herb crusted rack of lamb.. First the potatoes.. Preheating the overn to four hundred degrees, and brought the chicken stock to a boil before adding thyme, rosemary, and crushed garlic cloves. Proceeding to simmer a few minutes and straining, retaining the chicken stock and not the herbs.. Setting this aside he added olive oil to a hot heavy pan and sauted the onions and finely chopped garlic until softened, lightly colored. Coating the isndie of a casserole dish and laying the inions followed by the potatoes. Continuing to alternate the potatoes and onions until they were finally finished. Once this was done, he poured the chicken stock from earlier over the potato mixture until it was about two thirds full. Pressing down on the mixture to help the potatoes absorb as much stock as possible. Drizzling a little bit of olive oil on top. While it was baking int he oven for around twenty to twenty five, so it would be soft and golden on top, he went to the rack of lamb.. Seeing as the top part of the oven was cooking the potatoes, he had already gotten the bottom one to preheat to four hundred. Well, it was three ninety two but that was perfect.. Placing the lamb on a cutting board fat side up, Keme lightly socred the fat layer with a very sharp knife. Next, he sprinkled the lamb with salt and pepper, mopping up the excess seasoning with teh rack of lamb, ensuring it's throughly coated. Grabbingt eh olive oil and heating some up in a oven safe pan. Sealing the lamb by holding each side in the oil long enough to develop color, careful not to burn his hands. Transfering the pan with the lamb into the oven and baking it for about eight minutes, preparign the crust while the lamb was cooking. Placing all of the ingredients for the crust except teh mustard into a blender and pulsing several times, until it looked pretty and green. Making sure he would not over do it with the olive oil, just a splash. Pouring the mixture into a deep dish, and set aside. Removing the lamb fromt he oven and brushign generously with mustard, dipping the lamb into the crust mixture coating it completely, several times he did this.. then allowed the meat to rest. Placing it back into the oven for about four minutes when he was ready to serve it. Keme served the lamb with potatoes boulangere and courgettes provencal, as he thought this would be best. Seeing as it was served, on its plate, looked awesome, he got them both drinks of their choice, more tea for him.. "Hope you like this" he said, and not even knowing why he did it, but kissed the top of the trolls of head.. hell, maybe it was the child like quality..

(Just a little piece of advice from an longtime rp'r. Don't go overboard with boring detail like cooking. It can really kill the rp and make the other lose interest, because the other(in this case, me) doesn't really have much to go on on the terms of response when over 80% of the text given is detail that has nothing to do with the story itself. ^^ So, sorry if my response seems short, but I really can't think of much to say here @_@' Sorry if I sound mean, just trying to help ^^''' )
Yao resumed to his old spot to watch him cook again... The other obviously loved to cook, despite the fact taht he lived alone, and cooking for one did seem a little exessive... Not to mention cooking for one could really get expensive if you were not careful. Then again, seeing as his house was pretty damn nice, Keme didn't seem to be exactly struggling to make it here in the city. A brief wonder about what Keme did for a living crossed Yaos mind, but he decided to let the other cook in peace... After all, he looked so focused on it that Yao did not have the heart to disturb him.
Yao blushed a bit as he got a kiss on the forehead... He then did something quite unexpected. He pulled the other back and kissed him on the lips. The way he smiled and thanked the other for the food made it pretty clear that he was just mimicing the actions of someone he had seen earlier, instead of kissing the other while knowing what it usually meant. He then proceeded to eat the food, purring in delight. "New favorite~" He purred happily, all the while struggling to use the fork and knife correctly.

(( XD sry i've been makin' food on here when i'm hungry XD x-x and being forced to wait so food don't get cold before everyone is home ))
Glancing at the other every once in awhile, though cooking had given him an excuse to not say anything and keep hsi thoughts to himself. Strangely enough he was having a lot of thoughts about many things, normally his mind stayed more focused but oddly right now it was not so. Having something to do was just a good way to help calm his mind down, refocus it on something more productive, like making dinner. After the food was done he had served it, but after his little 'kindness' act of kissing the others head... Keme was shocked as he was pulled back and lips met his own, to stunned to entirely act, but rapidly realizing the troll had not the slightest of clues about what the kiss had truly met. Shaking his head and sitting down, he slowly started to eat. Hearing that purring sound, turning his head to look at Yao whom looked so pleased over the sensations of taste he was having. Well, perhaps Yao was not hard to please after all. Though he was at a loss for conversation as it was doubtful he could bring up things and the troll would entirely understand. It did not matter, at least he was telling himself that about now. Eating his food in silence, sipping no his drink and again he let his mind drift. Considering things he may have to sort out later, but the majority seem to be the recent encounters with people, either wanting... well, he knew why that one was, no mystery there.. The others now, the ones with the hunters, those were disturbing, and he was uncertain if moving would do any good this time. Perhaps if he did move he would get away from them for awhile. No, he was tired of running, he should stay here.. half way through eating at this point... Returning his attention to Yao, "Where are you from?" that thought had crossed his mind, so naturally he might as well ask. A normal enough, and simple enough question that should be able to have a answer. There were a few reasons in which he wanted to know something like this, "Have you ever been hunted for what you are? I do not see many of your kind since my flock, my family was slaughtered and I left the mountains." Telling the troll something about himself, about his past, and why he had left the mountains without delving into a deeper explanation. However, the sudden pain and sadness that had filtered through his eyes might have been a clue, he did not wish to speak often about the incident. Returning to the meal at hand, while he decided to wait on the other to answer him before something else came to mind.

Yao lifted his gaze from his food as he looked at the other in surprise. From? Was he... From somewhere? Yao could not remember it, since his mind was all a blur from the old days. All he could really remember was hiding in that hole that he now called home, shaking and and crying from being cold, lonely and hungry. He had been saved by the elves and woodspirits, who seemed friendly towards trolls... And why would they be? Trolls often helped forest animals deliver their young safely, cared for the trees with spirits in them and hid the forests secrets well, so no hotheaded adventurer could find them.
"From..." He looked down, seeming lost in thought. "No.... memory." He said and rubbed his head. "Yao look... Yao look for bloody golden hair." He said. It was all he could remember, a woman with golden hair that looked like it had been partially dipped in blood. "Woman... Close, someone... Family?" He asked and tilted his head. He simply could not remember it clearly enough. He coud not remember a face, or voice.... Just the hair and the sort of proud from that stood tall no matter what was thrown at it. That, and that the form had protected him from the bigger blow that caused him to lose part of his memory.
"Yao look.. Family... Sister? Bloody golden hair..." He said and sighed softly, rubbing his head. "Hit... No memory. Gone." He said, pointing at his head. "Live in forest now~ In hole~" he said and smiled brightly. Yep, a typical troll... They usually either lived in small packs in a big cave, or alone in a small hole underground that they dug for themselves in order to stay warm and shelter themselves from rain. Of course the entrance was in a hill of some sort, so water would not get in. "Keme?" He asked, as if to throw the question right back at him.

As he heard what the other had said, it was slow, about no memory and someone with bloody golden hair. Now that was knew, he could not remember anyone having natural hair that way unless dyed to appear such. If the person in question was murdered, then the blood might have seeped into their hair. It was best to not mention a possibility of that, as he was not entirely certain himself. Eating his meal while he listened to the various things the troll was saying, how he seemed so unsure whom the woman was. Glancing briefly at the troll as he had pointed at his head, now he could understand just a bit more. Keme had found that it did seem the troll was very uncertain of things, at least when it came to these sorts of questions. After he heard a bit more from the troll, and found he lived in a hole.... he groaned, he could not stand the thought of ever being in a literal hole.. Looking at him, and wanting to say a good few things here, but he figured it was best to keep contained. There was no reason he should be saying the things he wished to say.Wait!? Back up! Why did he care? Pulled from this when he heard his name said to him in a questioning way. "Hm? Mountains" he said, but said no more than that, it was a lovely mountain, caped with snow.. though he did not wish to say where.

(Sorry I've been a little on and off ^^'' )
"Mountain...? Yao remember mountains." He said and smiled, his tail curling a little. He dropped the subject though, seeing as Keme didn't look like he wanted to talk about it. He kept quiet during dinner, mainly focusing on devouring his meal, making a mess on his face. He SERIOUSLY lacked some table manners... Or more like he had none at all, as he settled for licking himself clean. "Done~" He squeaked, his tail whipping happily. Well... His face was dirty with food, but his plate was shining cleaner than when Keme had first bought it. Guess this was Yaos idea of being polite.
Yao was quick to notice the look Keme gave him.... He twitched, looked at his reflection in the plate(Because yes, it was just THAT clean) an ran off to clean his face on his own... Probably in the fear of another bath. He returned a few minutes later to clean up his end of the table. He didn't dare to start washing the dishes though. He had tried, and his grip was alwas too strong when he tried to clean anything. He had bent more forks than he could count, and broken a few plates before people just told him to stop and go chop wood outside as payment for food instead.

Keme was glad when the subject was dropped, he was very un-eager to speak about where he had come from. Namely, because yes he could end up having a 'eyes sweating' problem with it... well when one remembered watching their entire family die, be murdered, die from injuries, then yes it would make even a strong person cry. How could one not if they so loved their family as he had? No, it was not always the friendliest, as his dad was not his 'dad' seeing as his 'mom' had decided someone else was stronger because they beat 'dad' in a fight. So well, he grew up with the ideas that cause him to behave towards people as he does. While he was lost in thought he had finished his meal, and only seconds after Yao.. while he was licking the plate. Keme had pulled from the thoughts and was now watching this, watching how the troll looked at him, tail whipping happily. Seeing all that food on his face however, caused Keme to give him a certain look that could threaten a bath if.... well, the troll understood and darted away to take care of the problem. Keme at this point had gotten up and cleaned the dishes, glasses, silverware, before he put them away. Once he was done he cleaned off the part of the bar that Yao had not done. After which he stretched a bit, his joints popping as if the stretch had pleased even them. Turning and pushing the others shoulder lightly, before heading off the living room where he took a seat. Now he must find something to do, else he will fall asleep.

Yao followed him, his tail slashing again... And as soon as Keme sat down, Yao laid down over his lap, squirming there and nuzzling him. This was another thing about trolls.... When they felt close to someone, regardless of species or gender, they felt the need to snuggle and stay close whenever there was a peaceful enough moment, like there was right now. Then again, it did feel rather nice to have Yao snuggle like that. He was a bit skinny yes, but he was also a source of heat. Trolls produced more heat, due to their living area being eithe rmountaints where it snowed, or the forst where moisture in the air made it colder.
Yao looked up at Keme and smiled, sitting up on his lap and nuzzling his neck, while Yaos tail wrapped itself around Kemes leg. "Keme soft~" he purred. He didn't mean it as it lacking of muscle, but more like his skin being smooth and soft.. Something the troll seemed to like a lot, since he felt the need to rub his cheek against the others neck while nuzzling him. He was purring again too, which made his shoulders and chest vibrate a little in the rhythm of the purr.

A sudden weight on his lap drew his attention from his thoughts, and he looked down. Seeing the troll squirming, and nuzzling him, it did not bother him per-say he just was not expecting something like this. Perhaps the troll was more comfortable around him than he had originally thought. It seemed the phoenix was attempting to not end up smiling... Now his thoughts were starting to consider a nap being a very pleasant thing, it was a cold day outside, no point in going out. Glancing to the window as Yao nuzzled hsi neck, seeing that it appeared it could easily began to shower soon. Hearign the comment, he groaned a little bit, but then began imitating the trolls purr, it was a soft sound. Not real loud, but more gentle in its nature, pleasant to hear. Stopping as he felt a cheek rubbing against his own, this made a almost chirping sound, short and brief, a birds way of saying something. Finally he pushed the troll off of him, and briefly tugged a hand as he walked back to the bedroom. Deciding the bed would be more comfortable if a nap was going to be the decision on what to do right now. Keme seemed to not be nearly as rude to the troll as he once was, likely it was acceptance to the fact he was going to get followed either way that started it. Perhaps it was a simple need for companionship? Looking out the window in the bedroom briefly, confirming that yes, it was now raining, no he was not to happy about it. Getting into bed beneath the covers, closing his eyes and appearing like eh could pass out any second now.
